In doing so, to be responsible for:

  • Addressing client queries via phone and e-mail
  • First level trouble shooting and fault resolution
  • Assisting the testing and implementation of new products and features where required

To qualify for this opportunity, you should have:

  • 2-5 years’ experience in a Customer Support/Technical Assistance role
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage priorities with internal and external clients
  • A self-motivated and client focused approach and the willingness to go above and beyond for our clients
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • An aptitude towards supporting technical products to a non-technical audience
  • A passion for working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Google Marketing Suite, HTML and JavaScript, or Call Tracking/Telco Services would be a bonus but is not a requirement
