SalesJourney360 is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team! This is a great opportunity for a passionate sales professional.

As a Business Development Manager, you will generate sales from new clients and increase business opportunities from existing clients.

In doing so, to be responsible for:

  • Prospecting clients and making sales appointments to pursue new sales for the Company
  • Consulting with new clients to educate, inform and increase sales opportunities;
  • Servicing existing clients to satisfy client contracts, provide efficient and quality customer services and strengthen on going business relationships with a view to procuring future sales;
  • Resolving client dissatisfaction and managing client expectations
  • Meeting the sales targets set by the Company.

To qualify for this opportunity, you should have:

  • A Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in business
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia or other languages
  • A passion for sales, and the discipline to drive results
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Sales or Account Management role
  • A good understanding of marketing basics
  • Strong presentation skills to all levels of Management & decision makers
  • Confident negotiation skills
  • Call Centre & Telecommunication experience would be a bonus but is not a requirement.
  • Location: This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
