Business Development Manager/Executive

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager/Executive to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and identifying strategic partnerships to expand our market presence.

What you'll be doing

● Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities

● Build and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target industries

We are searching for communicative candidates who are proactive and passionate about company products and the clients they serve. Account managers will act as a point of contact for their clients. As a Relationship Officer, you will be the key liaison between internal teams and external clients.


In doing so, to be responsible for:

Ensuring client satisfaction through achievement of SLAs

2-5 years’ experience in a Customer Support/Technical Assistance role
