Business Development & Sales Executive

Are you a passionate sales professional? SalesJourney360 is looking for a Business Development & Sales Executive to join our team!


As a Business Development & Sales Executive, you will generate sales from new clients and increase business opportunities from existing clients.


In doing so, to be responsible for:

- Prospecting clients and making sales appointments to pursue new sales for the Company

- Consulting with new clients to educate, inform and increase sales opportunities

- Servicing existing clients to satisfy client contracts, provide efficient and quality customer services and strengthen ongoing business relationships with a view to procuring future sales

- Resolving client dissatisfaction and managing client expectations

- Meeting the sales targets set by the Company


To qualify for this opportunity, you should have:

- A Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in business

- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia or other languages

- A passion for sales, and the discipline to drive results

Relationship Officer

Love to tackle a challenge and enjoy solving puzzles? SalesJourney360 is looking for a Relationship Officer to join our team!


As a Relationship Officer, you will be the key liaison between internal teams and external clients.


In doing so, to be responsible for:

- Ensuring client satisfaction through achievement of SLAs

- Participating in an open and collaborative team environment and culture

- Performing new client setups, moves and changes

- Addressing client queries via phone and e-mail

- First level trouble shooting and fault resolution

- Assisting the testing and implementation of new products and features where required

- Learning new products and technology where required


To qualify for this opportunity, you should have:

- 2-5 years’ experience in a Customer Support/Technical Assistance role

- Excellent time management and organisational skills

- Ability to manage priorities with internal and external clients

- A self-motivated and client focused approach and the willingness to go above and beyond for our clients

- Strong communication skills, verbal and written

- An aptitude towards supporting technical products to a non-technical audience

- A passion for working in a fast-paced environment

- Experience with Google Marketing Suite, HTML and JavaScript, or Call Tracking/Telco Services would be a bonus but is not a requirement

Digital Marketer

As a Digital Marketer, you will be involved with the planning and execution of internal and external online campaigns.


In doing so, to be responsible for:

- Designing and implementing the online marketing plan within the budget

- Collaborating with the sales team to develop go-to-market strategies

- Identifying target audiences and creating engaging content to reach them across channels

- Supporting clients in their digital marketing efforts, in particular EDM, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns

- Analysing campaign performance data and making recommendations for improvement


To qualify for this opportunity, you should have:

- A Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in business or marketing

- 1 year experience in a Digital Marketing role

- Excellent time management and organisational skills

- Ability to manage priorities with internal and external clients

- A self-motivated individual with a willingness to learn

- A passion for working in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication skills, verbal and written

- Experience with Google Marketing Suite or Lead Management Systems would be a bonus but is not a requirement
