As a BDM, you will focus on driving revenue growth from new clients and increase business opportunities from existing clients.
In doing so, to be responsible for:
- Identifying new business opportunities: research potential markets, analyze business opportunities, and identify new customers
- Developing and implementing strategies: create and execute business development strategies to achieve growth targets and increase sales revenue
- Building and maintaining relationships: establish and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Negotiating deals: negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners
- Managing sales pipelines: track sales progress, manage sales forecasts, and ensure that sales targets are met
- Conducting market research: analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Presenting to clients: present proposals and solutions to potential clients
- Attending industry events: network with potential clients and partners at conferences and events
- Collaborating with other teams: work with sales, marketing, and other teams to achieve business objectives
To qualify for this opportunity, you should have:
- A Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in business
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia or other languages
- A passion for sales, and the discipline to drive results

As a Relationship Officer, you will be the key liaison between internal teams and external clients.
In doing so, to be responsible for:
- Ensuring client satisfaction through achievement of SLAs
- Participating in an open and collaborative team environment and culture
- Performing new client setups, moves and changes
- Addressing client queries via phone and e-mail
- First level trouble shooting and fault resolution
- Assisting the testing and implementation of new products and features where required
- Learning new products and technology where required
To qualify for this opportunity, you should have:
- 2-5 years’ experience in a Customer Support/Technical Assistance role
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to manage priorities with internal and external clients
- A self-motivated and client focused approach and the willingness to go above and beyond for our clients
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- An aptitude towards supporting technical products to a non-technical audience
- A passion for working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Google Marketing Suite, HTML and JavaScript, or Call Tracking/Telco Services would be a bonus but is not a requirement
